Another Day at the Gym - Spent morning look at Hatfields and similar places.... looked in PC World and discovered they have stopped haggelling (sp) on deals. Which is crud. HAd lunch at MCDs.
Went to Gym at 1.30 had a kinda short session because my back is aching a great deal. Spent rest of the day studying "Head First" books moving onto things ive not thought about before... which is obviously great!

Went to the Gym in the afternoon. MY parents have spent most of the day in the garden. MY Back is kinda tender after the Gym - should go easier on it tomorrow. My brother has spent most of the Bank Holiday Weekend on the Internet/Computer which really pissed me off and when i asked him if i could go on soon he goes and uses the phone for 1/2 hour. Bastard...
Head First Java is good, I feel i need to head some of the GUI chapter again - kinda gone in one ear and got muddled up in the middle. Spent a few minutes telling guys on javaranch what i thought of the book / puzzles.

LAy in until about noon. Went to the Gym at 1.30ish Got back around 3. Not been doing a lot today. Head first JAva thats about it. Saw "Thunderbird 6" on Channel 5. I cant help but notice that they lost a few chances at making a good film and i thought IR didnt belive in killing loads of people even tho they were bad guys!
OH well..

Almost didnt make an update!
My Brother decided to hassle me off the machine and then proceed with a 6hr download - some shitting old game off the underdogs. So ive had to use is crummy laptop instead, while the download is in progress because he couldnt be arsed to use a Download Continuer. So my mate today and went to see American Pie: Da Wedding. Ive gotta ask - has Stiffler's laugh changed? Where have all the fit girls gone. Why are his 2 loser mates even there they dont do anything - not even fantasise about Stiff's mum. And Pubic shaving?? its not going to beat Super glue!
My brother doesnt even have MSN on this machine - arogant cunt does he expect people to have to use AIM when they want to talk to him. And he complains of RTS on this keyboard - he must be joking!

Was reading head first Java yesterday and ended up watching Porn: Family Business again so i didnt get chance to update. Been to the Gym - went relaxed today after uber session yesterday.

No major plans - all is boring my hunt fr PCGamer DVD UK was finished when i look in WHSmiths. Why do i bother?

HL2 trailers look... amazing. And who was the fit girl in the Baguette shop - i recognised her from somewhere (College i think). Ive never spoken to her before - and didnt today - . Im sure she recognised me too. No big deal tho ill never see her again - unless i fancy another Spicy Chicken Bag. Was wearing my Jitsu Top - . HEH!!

My bro got up and left the house at 6.30 to get to work after the Argument with my parents. TEEHEE.

Got some good remix for Sonic the Hedgehog last night, dont usually like the style but kinda different. All from http://remix.overclocked.org

Went to PCWorld at start of day to look for a laptop for my Dad. My Mum ended up spending #30 on me for a Java Book - which was nice of her! I also got a #10 book as a reference guide. We went to McDs for lunch and walked around the retail park looking at carpets/laminates etc.

Went to Gym doing quite well now, progressing up levels slowly.

Bro not back from work yet - unlucky. He did ring to say that it: was common curtiousy to let you know that I am okay and I am on my way back from work - at 7:30.

Not a lot else now.

Other than this I went to the gym at 12:20 ish i did 100 Abdominals on 30kg which aint bad goign. Later i did another 20 on 32.5kg which began to get painful, was quite chuffed with my efforts today.

Spent all of the Afternoon 3pm till now downloading Jitsu/Judo and other assorted video clips. I found an amazing example of Embu in these throws: http://www.suginoharyu.com/html/video/duo.htm
I cant help but feel they would only work if it wasnt for the main Embu principles.

Got woken up early, and told that the Gym was not going to be able to be fitted in as planned, We went to London to see my Dad's Mum (Nanny) at 10 we got there around 11. Nice to see the Family again, My Aunt and Uncle came along for a few hours to so we got to catch up. All in all not a lot of news tho!

Not a lot else for the entire day, got back at 8.

got woken up at 9.30 and said that it was not possible to go to the gym becasue my brother was meeting Paul Rumsey in Whivenhoe (SP)- I decided that it would be more fun to go with my parents to the pub and have lunch- except i forgot my Insulin and had to turn round to go home. This means my brother was late, he is obviously upto something because he didnt seem to care.
Arrived home at about 4, had a small dinner (Microwave curry with a Naan bread and 3 Bahjees - yeah thats small) and then went to the Gym at 5.30 - we just managed toget an hour it because it shuts at 6.30 or atleast thats what I thought.

Watched Conan the Barbarian when i got back. I cant help but feel that the continuity of the film has its problems. I think the sound needs to be digitally remastered because it sounded dreadful. I also think there are far too many scenes that have no noise at all and visuals are relied upon! Not a bad hack and Slash tho. But then it was a trend setter for the action hero so I think it cant be all bad!
