Other than this I went to the gym at 12:20 ish i did 100 Abdominals on 30kg which aint bad goign. Later i did another 20 on 32.5kg which began to get painful, was quite chuffed with my efforts today.

Spent all of the Afternoon 3pm till now downloading Jitsu/Judo and other assorted video clips. I found an amazing example of Embu in these throws: http://www.suginoharyu.com/html/video/duo.htm
I cant help but feel they would only work if it wasnt for the main Embu principles.

Got woken up early, and told that the Gym was not going to be able to be fitted in as planned, We went to London to see my Dad's Mum (Nanny) at 10 we got there around 11. Nice to see the Family again, My Aunt and Uncle came along for a few hours to so we got to catch up. All in all not a lot of news tho!

Not a lot else for the entire day, got back at 8.

got woken up at 9.30 and said that it was not possible to go to the gym becasue my brother was meeting Paul Rumsey in Whivenhoe (SP)- I decided that it would be more fun to go with my parents to the pub and have lunch- except i forgot my Insulin and had to turn round to go home. This means my brother was late, he is obviously upto something because he didnt seem to care.
Arrived home at about 4, had a small dinner (Microwave curry with a Naan bread and 3 Bahjees - yeah thats small) and then went to the Gym at 5.30 - we just managed toget an hour it because it shuts at 6.30 or atleast thats what I thought.

Watched Conan the Barbarian when i got back. I cant help but feel that the continuity of the film has its problems. I think the sound needs to be digitally remastered because it sounded dreadful. I also think there are far too many scenes that have no noise at all and visuals are relied upon! Not a bad hack and Slash tho. But then it was a trend setter for the action hero so I think it cant be all bad!

No update yesterday, my brother was using the Internet again - bastard! And then i started watching Porn:A Family Buisness on C4 - I havnt made my mind up on whether the whole thing is stanged or not - I dont watch enough Porn videos :p.

Went to the Gym did loads which i was impressed by! But Bi/Triceps aching all of today - but didnt stop me going to the Gym! heh

Found out that Captain Scarlet has stopped being Aired on BBC2 in the morning! How annoying! nothing to wake upto!

I Am winning a poll on: Favourite Sci-Fi character on the Eidos Startopia board. Tho last time i checked i wasnt in any famous films/series :p

I helped a couple of mates solve a problem with a Virus that going Uber. The thing doesnt require you to do anything other than be connected to the internet and have Win2k or XP. It resets your computer every 60/120seconds and the thing is aimed at striking Windows Auto update on the 16th Aug. More info at: http://overclockers.com/tips00445 . Went to the gym after Captain Scarlet: Spectrum is RED - which is news to me.

Hed a Text from Cluds asking about AU - but no news to speak of - Im now aiming back at Cardiff for 14th Sept (more techniqually the 12th). Did UBer loads at the Gym today and am amazed at my Dad's strength - he managed to break the Dip/Chin Assist by wanting to add more weight to assist him.

Still no ST, am amazed at Bitchness of forum people!

Another boring day, woke up to Captain Scarlet and then ended up watching Thunderbirds.

After that went to the Gym. Had a look at an old Half written ST fan fiction. I had completley forgotten how good it was. Needs work tho and i cant remember how i was going to finish it now!

Watched the last Episode of 24(2) bit of an anticlimax but why didnt they just kill Palmer like that in the first place!

As for Truck Dismount! I managed to get the lowest score record previously set at 30 down to 29 last night. This afternoon I got it to 1 and i thought that was all i was going to get! But no I have managed to get 0 jut a few minutes ago.
New Record: 0 Points !

It was the hottest recorded day in Britain today. 37.9(C) in Heathrow it was about 36 here today and it was definitly hot! We did end up with a bit of rain. It makes you more greatful of the usual British weather (Rain etc). I forgot to say yesterday:

I am also proud of my effort that has got the little man to go flying over the top of the wall, without touching it and travelling a long distance. Also getting the man behind his start position that was a great achievement.... what do i sound like.

Also went to the gym - thank god for the air conditioning.
